On 27-28 November 2024 – Our robotics lab, led by Prof. Poramate Manoonpong, in collaboration with Brain Code 101 team, headed by Dr. Chaipat Chunharas. , recently organized a seminar and workshop at Vidyasirimedhi Institute of Science and Technology (VISTEC) focused on bio-inspired neural control and exoskeleton technology. The event aimed to promote knowledge and understanding in the field of neuro-robotics among enthusiasts and researchers.
The highlight of the event included live demonstrations of various bio-inspired robots, such as the stick insect robot, dung beetle robot, gecko robot, and exoskeleton. Participants were also given an exclusive look at the state-of-the-art facilities in our lab, designed for advanced research in robotics and automation systems. This collaborative effort reflects our commitment to fostering innovation and bridging the gap between robotics and neuroscience, inspiring new possibilities in the field.
