On March 23–25, 2026, Prof. Dr. Poramate Manoonpong visited Switzerland to follow up on the progress of his Ph.D. exchange student, Mr. Vatsanai Jaiton, at Zurich University of Applied Sciences (ZHAW), to give a talk on “Nature Inspired Machine Intelligence” , as well as to discuss future collaboration with Prof. Dr. Yulia Sandamirskaya, Head of the Research Center for Cognitive Computing in Life Sciences at ZHAW. He also visited the Institute of Neuroinformatics (INI), UZH | ETH Zurich, to discuss advancements in neuromorphic computing and neuroinformatics.
