3 Nov 2020 – On this commencement day of VISTEC, HRH Princess Maha Chakri Sirindhorn paid a visit to VISTEC as a chairman of the ceremony and worked around EECi area in Wang Chan Valley. During this time, HRH and the management team of PTT Public Company Limited and Siam Commercial Bank (SCB) also followed up research progress at our school of Information and Science Technology (IST) after three-year establishment. On this occasion, HRH opened VISTEC-depa AI Research Institute of Thailand and R&D Collaboration Center (PTTEP x ARV x VISTEC) at the building. Besides, HRH also visited Advanced Robotics & Intelligent Automation (ARIA) and watched the robotic automation and gait lab demonstration.
