On the 22nd of September 2022, MEng Information Science and Technology candidate, Nopparada Mingchinda, presented her conference proceedings for the 16th International Conference on the Simulation of Adaptive Behaviour at CY Cergy-Pontoise, France. From May 20 to September 31, 2022, a member of our brain lab visited the Maersk Mc-Kinney Moller Institute, SDU Biorobotics, and Soft Robotics lab at the University of Southern Denmark as a guest Ph.D. student. We also have collaborated on research projects like hexapod locomotion with a soft cover.
On 12 – 14 September 2022, a member of our brain lab, Mr. Naris Asawalertsak attended the CLAWAR 2022 conference in Azores, Portugal to present the paper “Exploiting friction anisotropy for soft robot locomotion”.

On September 19th, GC – a leading grobal chemical compayny in Thailand visited BRAIN Lab. We presented our 7 Wonder of Robotics, our research facilities and have discussion about about our robotic research.
On September 10th, robotics team members of ist visited the Functional Morphology and Biomechanics research group of Prof Gorb at Kiel University. We also discussed possible research projects, like insect locomotion and biomechanics.
On 1-5 August 2022, our students and researchers presented the research of BRAIN Lab and SCADS Lab at the 2022 Thailand Research Expo, the Centara Convention Centre, Bangkok. On 26-27 Aug 2022, ARIA collaborated with WEDO-SCG to present our work on Intelligent Exoskeleton with Biofeedback for Advanced Rehabilitation (EXOBIC) and Autonomous Drone Research at Techsauce Global Summit 2022 .
On 31 Aug 2022, We welcome a group of visitors from Education and Training Program for Senior Administrators (UDP), Class 79 to the robotics studio at IST. We presented our 7 Wonder of Robotics and have discussion about about our robotic research.
