Brain-like Mechanisms for Adaptive Behaviors of Autonomous Intelligent Robots
The “BrainBot” funded by VISTEC is a fundamental research project (TRL3-4). The central goal of BrainBot is to achieve novel adaptive control for autonomous robots. BrainBot will go beyond the state-of-the-art of robot control by developing generic, adaptive, and flexible robot control with sensory plasticity for generating multiple adaptive robot behaviors with a certain degree of robustness against sensor failure.
